KNW+BFA-“Pike & Broadway” Song of The Day
Next week the fall term begins while summer ends, but Brothers From Another keep the summer vibe alive with their Tacos On Broadway EP. I can’t help but bounce to the music as I ride my bike through town. I have been playing Pike & Broadway and Mad Park Beach Bum all day, Cole brings a smile to my face with his 90’s references from Power Rangers to to the impure thoughts all boys had for Tapanga from Boy Meets world. Cole brings such an awesome message from past experiences, questions that need answered and whats next for him and the family. When I hear Tiglo go in on Pike & Broadway I have to close my eyes and vibe with what he says. I understand and love this song being a college student who goes through the same problems of no food, zero money in the bank, applications for jobs and scholarships and the overall question of “When am I going to graduate”. I have said it once and will keep saying it, these guys have talent and will only bring more to the table in the future. You can find their Eps on their website linked above.
